A four-step executive search site for ER Jobz
ER Jobz positions leaders for roles and helps organisations hire them. The site had to explain the engagement, show the steps, and let someone start by sharing a resume or a LinkedIn profile.

The problem
Executive search is hard to understand from a slogan. A candidate or a company needs to know what happens after the first call: how the story is built, what documents come back, and what happens in outreach.
Proof has to be specific. A manager who moved into a named role is more useful than a star rating, and that proof has to sit next to a way to begin. A contact form with no process leaves people guessing what they would be buying.
The solution
The engagement is four published steps: discover the target role, design the positioning, deploy the resume and LinkedIn materials, and drive outreach. Each step says what the client receives, so the offer is inspectable.
Client comments name the role that followed. The start path asks for a resume or LinkedIn profile, with the Bangalore phone, email, and hours on the same page.
The same approach is how AppClust builds service-business modules.
Modules built
These are the records the ER Jobz site runs on. Each one is content the team can update without a new design.
Module 1
Engagement steps
Discover, design, deploy, and drive, each with the work product of that stage.
Module 2
Positioning offer
The resume, LinkedIn, and referral materials the engagement actually delivers.
Module 3
Client proof
Short accounts from leaders, with the role they moved into, published beside the steps.
Module 4
Start an engagement
A path to share a resume or LinkedIn profile, with phone, email, hours, and the Bangalore office.
Results
What the published site does for the business. These are operational outcomes of the build, taken from the live pages.
The engagement is readable before a call
Four steps tell a candidate or a company what the work is, in order.
Deliverables are named
Resume, LinkedIn messaging, and a referral plan are part of the public offer.
Proof cites roles
Comments on the site name the kind of move the work supported, which a generic testimonial does not.
Starting is a concrete action
The page asks for a resume or profile and shows how to reach the Bangalore team.
