Visa destination pages and application checklists for Flyinbird

Flyinbird helps UK residents prepare visa applications. The site had to explain a destination, the documents, the fee, and the appointment, then let someone start with a conversation before they pay.

The problem

A UK resident applying for a Schengen visa, or another visa, is trying to learn the documents, the fee, and whether an appointment is required. A generic travel homepage does not answer that for a specific passport and destination.

The service has a sequence: share the trip, send documents, have them reviewed, then follow the appointment and the decision. If that sequence is missing, people arrive with half a file and the team spends the first calls reconstructing it.

The solution

Destination pages carry the requirements, the document list, and how the UK team helps. The application is shown as steps, including a checklist with items such as passport, photo, bank statement, and flight itinerary, so the client can see status.

Packages explain the deposit and when the balance is due, including Schengen support that can start with a deposit. A free first conversation, by WhatsApp or email, is the start, and the questions people actually ask are answered on the site.

The same approach is how AppClust builds service-business modules.

Modules built

These are the records the Flyinbird site runs on. Each one is content the team can update without a new design.

  1. Module 1

    Destination visas

A page per destination with requirements, documents, and the kind of help available to a UK resident.

  2. Module 2

    Application checklist

Document status for the file, so passport, photo, bank statement, and itinerary are tracked as received or still pending.

  3. Module 3

    Packages and deposits

What the service includes, what a deposit starts, and when the balance is due. Government fees stay separate and are described that way.

  4. Module 4

    Progress steps

Share the plan, send documents, review, then follow the appointment and the decision.

  5. Module 5

    Traveller questions

Answers on eligibility, appointments, fees, refusals, and document handling, which otherwise become repeat calls.

  6. Module 6

    Consultation start

WhatsApp and email for a first conversation, with the Barking office and the Kerala office published.

Results

What the published site does for the business. These are operational outcomes of the build, taken from the live pages.

  • Each destination can rank on its own

Visa requirements live on destination pages, so a search for a specific visa has a page to land on.

  • Clients see the file before they pay the balance

The checklist shows which documents are in and which are still missing.

  • The fee is explained in stages

Deposit, balance, and the fact that government charges are separate are written on the package, not left to a quote email.

  • Common questions are on the page

Appointments, refusals, and who the service is for are answered in public, which shortens the first conversation.
